Highly trained, skilled and passionate butchers have served you since 1964 and we intend to keep it that way. We strive for perfection because that’s what you deserve. We treat our animals with respect throughout the entire process, our beef is hung for between 14 and 30 days, lambs for between 1-2 weeks. A nice covering of fat ensures each carcass remains in top condition until ready to be sold.
With strong ties in the community, the next generation have now taken on the running of the shop and farm. Barry and Kieran are born and raised in the area and are passionate about representing the best of Fermoy. The only sticking point would be their opinions on which team is better Castlelyons or Bride Rovers?
