Benefits

Chicken is an important staple in any balanced diet. High in Protein, skinless chicken is so high in protein that an average portion contains half of an average woman’s daily requirement. Skinless chicken breast has less than 4% fat so is perfect if you are watching your weight or cholesterol level. It’s naturally low in salt and contains half of our vitamin B3 (niacin) requirement, needed for a healthy metabolism and to release energy from the food we eat.

Cut to Order

Hand Cut

Our decades of experience allow us to treat our animals with respect throughout the butchering process. We have a full traceability system in place. Once slaughtered, all carcasses are labelled with our own traceability label which has info on each animal. This stays with the carcass until it is butchered in the shop.

Personal taste

Joints boned and rolled, steaks cut to your specific thickness, whatever your requirements, we’re on hand for you. Give the shop a call and discuss your order with one of your award winning team. Your order will then be hand cut and ready for collection in the shop or we can deliver direct to your door.

Entertaining

Organising a special occasion or simply feeding the multitudes, we’re on hand to help you plan what oyu need. Our years of experience allow us to advise on the best cuts and the quantities needs to keep everyone well fed.

Delivery for only €10 with free delivery for all orders over €100.

We only offer local delivery within a 15km radius from our shop in the heart of Fermoy.

We aim to have your order delivered direct to your door within two days. All orders placed after opening hours will be processed the morning after.
